Dacor oven probe. I just got my dacor dual fuel range a couple of weeks before thanksgiving gas stove with electric oven including the meat probe and i had no problems at all cooking my thanksgiving turkey and christmas roast. Season with salt and pepper. Allow oven to preheat.

After the probe has been inserted into the food the temperature will default to 100 f even if the food has not reached that temperature yet and the temperature will climb up in 1 f increments until it reaches the set temperature. Probe worked well until the plug pulled out of the housing when removing to clean. After having nearly everything on my dacor oven replaced over the last 3 years because the oven probe wouln t work.
